As a Partner Enablement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and nurturing strong partnerships with our strategic business partners. Your primary responsibility will be to enable our partners to effectively promote, sell, implement and support our software solutions, driving mutual success and growth. You will act as the day-to-day technical lead for partners, becoming the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for partner solutions for Backbase sales teams, as well as the key point of contact for solutions partners.
Meet the job
● Partner Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of our products, services, and business objectives.
● Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs and materials to educate partners on our software solutions, sales techniques, and industry trends.
● Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the Partner sales and Solution engineering team to provide partners with the necessary resources, collateral, and tools to effectively sell our products.
● Technical Enablement: Developing technical enablement journeys aligned with Backbase Academy, Backbase.io and Partner Success teams to ensure that partners are always up to date with our latest solutions, methodologies and ways of working.
● Performance Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess partner performance and provide regular reporting and feedback to partners to drive improvement, including focus on partner certifications.
● Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partner contacts, acting as a liaison between partners and internal teams.
● Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest features, updates, and advancements in our software solutions to ensure partners have accurate and current information.
● Regional Focus: Work closely with Partner Sales, Sales, Solution Engineering, Partner Success and Customer Success teams to deliver both Revenue and successful implementation in the region.
How about you
● 10+ years of relevant experience;
● Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field; MBA is a plus;
● Proven experience in partner enablement, partner management, or a related role within the software industry;
● Strong knowledge of software products and financial services industry trends;
● Exceptional communication and presentation skills;
● Ability to develop and deliver training programs effectively;
● Analytical mindset with the ability to track and measure partner performance;
● Excellent project management and organizational skills;
● Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
