About the Role

The Partner Manager is responsible for being the point of contact and advocacy at Datacom to inform and execute our SaaS Products Partner Ecosystem strategy with nominated partners. As part of the Datacom SaaS solutions Go-to-Market team, the Partner Manager works closely with our Sales organisation and capability leads to establish, develop, and enhance relationships with our Ecosystem Partners.

 

What You’ll Do

managing existing partnerships:

·       tracking and tuning performance of partner-included sales and marketing

·       coordinating the legal and compliance aspects of partnership relationships

·       Ensure adherence to security, ICT, and commercial policies

·       contract review, problem solving

·       introduce new concepts for collaboration

·       work with Sales and Go-to-Market to improve channel sales and partner-included business development

·       creating and managing relationships over time with partners to enhance the opportunities for sales and loyalty of customers

·       cooperating with external partners to create new business opportunities within current markets or creating new markets for goods or services

·       Create new business partnerships with potential partners in order to drive mutually beneficial outcomes

·       establishing strategies to inform partnership clients and other stakeholders using analysis of data as well as market analysis

 

 

 

What we are looking for

·       Sales and Administrative knowledge

·       Strong Business acumen

·       Marketing knowledge

·       An understanding of IT services, ideally in the B2B SaaS solution domain

·       Experience 2+ years in a sales/customer-focussed role

·       Effective presentation skills with the ability to convey technical information across various levels

·       Proficient stakeholder management

·       Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

·       Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques
