Your Role:

As a Partner in Bank Transformation Planning for the DACH region, you will take the lead in driving transformative initiatives for our banking clients, ensuring they are strategically positioned to thrive in a competitive market. This role is pivotal in aligning client strategies with the capabilities of SAP Fioneer’s offerings.

  • Develop and execute transformational strategies tailored to the specific needs of banks within the DACH region.
  • Engage with C-level executives and key stakeholders to understand their challenges and strategic objectives.
  • Shape and plan the most suitable transformation strategy for our clients jointly with them.
  • Lead and manage large-scale transformation projects, ensuring alignment of business and IT strategies.
  • Foster relationships with existing clients while seeking opportunities to expand SAP Fioneer's footprint in the market.
  • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives and collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings.
  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams to deliver exceptional results in the banking sector.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of work experience in consultancies, banks, and/or software companies - with a strong focus on commercial banking / corporate banking and a proven track record of successful execution.
  • Deep expertise in corporate banking, in particular global transaction banking, cash management, and payments, and solid understanding of technology.
  • Network with relevant departments and key stakeholders of banks with global transaction banking services.
  • Experience with SAP products is a plus.
  • Strong business acumen, entrepreneurial spirit, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. German is a plus.
