As the Partner and Alliances Director, you'll be the architect of our partnership strategy. You'll identify and engage with potential partners in identified global markets, forging alliances that deliver measurable results. You'll work closely with our product and architecture teams to explore integrations that enhance our platform and create value for both Paperless Parts and our partners. Your operational focus will be key to driving success, and you'll build a high-performing team to execute your vision. This is a full time position based in Boston, MA  and requires on-site presence, with a hybrid schedule as needed. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Pipeline Powerhouse: You'll identify and cultivate partnerships that generate a steady stream of new business opportunities.
  • Global Expansion: Your partner-first approach will open doors to new markets, propelling Paperless Parts onto the international stage.
  • Platform Enhancement: You'll collaborate with internal teams to drive integrations that elevate our product and solidify our market leadership.
  • Team Builder: You'll assemble a world-class partner sales team, mentoring and empowering them to achieve exceptional results.

Requirements: 

  • Proven Track Record: A minimum of 5 years of experience in partner and alliance roles within fast-paced SaaS organizations.
  • Global Expertise: Demonstrated success in working with international markets, navigating cultural nuances, and building relationships across borders.
  • Strategic Visionary: Experience designing and executing a successful partner strategy from scratch, with a proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue.
  • Leadership Acumen: Experience leading and managing partner sales teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes, technologies, and market trends will be a significant advantage.

The office has an open floor plan with several conference rooms to encourage collaboration with your colleagues in California and TV's to connect with those sitting in Boston or remotely. The office is walking distance from Downtown Encinitas, the Coaster train stop, and tons of activities on the 101.
