Partner Account Manager

We are looking to add a Partner Account Manager (PAM) to join our Partnerships team. Reporting to the Director of Partnerships, you will be responsible for building partnerships that fuel growth within our ecosystem of channel partners (agencies and solutions partners).

As our Partner Account Manager, you will be supported by a Partner Marketing Manager and will work closely with our Sales team (Account Executives and Solutions Engineers). Strong collaboration and communication skills are crucial. You will be the bridge - You drive revenue as a connector of departments and opportunities internally and externally (Partner Marketing, Sales / Account Management, Product, Customer Support, and more) while also working with the Director of Partnerships to build out the infrastructure for Rewind’s partner program.

This role requires someone with ability to travel to meet with partners at events, conferences, meetups, and onsite.

The focus areas of the role will be on:

  • Foundational efforts to generate new partner leads and close new partnerships directly with Resellers, Solutions Providers, Agencies, GSIs, etc. 

  • Managing partner relationships, training/enabling partner teams and ensuring partner sourced revenue targets are achieved

  • Identifying potential partners and decision makers that fit Rewind’s partner profile across Rewind’s partner ideal profile

  • Conducting targeted outreach via email, phone & Linkedin to schedule meetings and engaging existing and potential partners.

  • Managing and contributing to building upon systems that scale Rewind partnerships

  • Ultimately closing, onboarding, training and supporting new partners to drive partner sourced revenue

  • Providing day-to-day support for partners to help sell, evaluate and support Rewind services

  • Monitoring and exceeding assigned KPIs (partners acquired, partner sourced revenue & partner influenced revenue) on a consistent basis.

  • Providing input/updates on key activities, with a high reporting standards, to drive opportunities forward within our key systems: PRM (Partnerstack), CRM (Salesforce), and in Partner Marketplace Portals (ex. Atlassian / Salesforce)

You have at least 2 years of SaaS experience in partnerships, sales, or customer facing roles with a track record of consistently exceeding assigned revenue targets.

You also have:

  • Outstanding written and verbal communications, presentation and delivery skills
  • Experience creating and delivering remote presentations 
  • Ability to travel internationally.


Bonus Points

  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Partnerstack, Salesloft, Excel/google sheets, Linkedin Sales Navigator
  • Strong systems level thinking across sales, product, and marketing
  • Experience building and leading new partnerships from acquisition through management.
