Current Environment & Our Culture
As a ~400 person startup with ~$393M funding, Pigment is making big waves for a company of this size. We have massive aspirations for growth at the company but want to do this in a disciplined manner. As a result, we are a company that consistently hires A-Players into the right roles where they can bring the full breadth of their experience and apply it with a relentless work ethic. We see Pigment as a unique career opportunity and with that comes expectations of high performance. This is even more so the case on the Partner team, where we are expected to be one of the key pillars for growth for the organization long-term. We are very much in the nascent stage of our Partner organization and have a team of hungry, scrappy, and collaborative individuals. Team chemistry is of utmost importance to us, and while we want everyone to feel comfortable forming, storming, and norming to the best ideas, we also expect one another to be self-motivated and deliver what we commit to one another (and to the business). If you are looking for a “snooze and cruise” Partner management role, this is NOT the place for you. However, if you want to have a monumental impact, grow your career, and are willing to put in the work and do it with a set of peers who will undoubtedly become friends, please apply!
