Partner Account Manager - EAM Ultimo

EAM is one of the most exciting areas of IFS’s focus, with a significant investment announced in 2021 to drive growth strategy organically and through acquisition to become market leader within three years.

We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Partner account manager to join out team and this exciting journey. 

The primary responsibility for this role is to nurture and expand relationships with our strategic partners to drive mutual, global, success. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, relationship management, and a deep understanding of our products and the needs of our partners.

Candidates must also possess written/verbal communication skills, organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, negotiation skills, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and the ability to exhibit professional business conduct at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute partner account plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, serving as their main point of contact within the organization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and support for partner initiatives.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand partner relationships and drive incremental revenue.
  • Provide regular updates and reporting on partner performance and opportunities to senior leadership.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to partners, offering guidance and support to help them maximize the value of our solutions.

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in partner or channel management, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and credibility with partners at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker.
  • Ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
