We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Manager to join our team on a part-time basis.
Working Hours: Flexible schedule for additional hours, but requires to be on site at our Hell’s Kitchen office between 11-2pm Monday through Friday
PermitFlow's mission is to streamline and simplify construction permitting in $1.6 trillion United States construction market. Our software reduces time to permit, supporting permitting end-to-end including permit research, application preparation, submission, and monitoring.
We’ve raised $35m+ led by Kleiner Perkins, Initialized Capital, Y Combinator, and the founders and executives from Zillow, PlanGrid, Thumbtack, Opendoor, Bluebeam, Uber, Twitter, HubSpot, Procore, Yelp, Brex, and more.
Coordinate employee and guest access to our space and ensure a pleasant office experience
Coordinate lunch, restock our in-house pantry, and overall ensure a well-stocked and clean kitchen and manage cleaning staff
Manage in-office budget and expenses
General office upkeep such as kitchen devices (coffee machines, water filters), conference room tech / printer
Work closely with building and outside vendors to ensure employees experience a smooth work environment
Provide support for event and meeting planning
Oversee mailing of documents, Amazon & Instacart deliveries, office supplies etc
Partner closely with Chief of Staff to further develop office culture
Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills and a flexible / self-motivated approach to business management
Completion and follow through of tasks
Experience creating documentation and instructions
Proven experience in a similar role
Excellent organizational abilities
Outstanding communication and people skills
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant will be a plus
