Sherwood Veterinary Practice is a thriving small animal veterinary clinic, located in South-West Brisbane. We are well-known amongst the community for our passionate care provided to each and every patient.
We are seeking a qualified Veterinary Nurse to join our close-knit team on a Part-time Fixed-term contract. We are seeking someone who likes to work hard, whilst also can fit into our team and have some fun as well.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Certificate IV qualification essential, with at least 1-2 years clinical experience
- Confidence in all aspects of nursing (including reception duties, monitoring anaesthetics, placing IV catheters and drawing blood, performing in-house pathology)
- An ability to work efficiently, both independently and as part of the team
- Have a passion for client and patient care
- A hard working and a hands-on approach to your work
- A willingness to get involved with energy and drive
- Effective time management and organisation skills
- Experience with EzyVet and IDEXX blood machines are advantageous
