We are currently looking for a Part-Time HR professional to support our Human Resources department. This role will involve assisting with various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance, all while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Support the onboarding and offboarding process for all employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company or exiting the company
- Help maintain employee records and HR databases
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and HR policy enforcement
- Support compliance with labor laws and regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources or related roles
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR software
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- A passion for the gaming industry and understanding of its dynamics is a plus
