Part-time Helper (HR) | Welcome Undergraduates | Free Shuttle Bus

The Role:

• The objective of this role is to work closely with the HR Team in assisting the full spectrum of frontline recruitment activities including but not limited to cv screening, managing job posting status from job boards, and interview arrangements. You will also be responsible for providing support in data entry, document filing, and verifying attendance information for employees to the HR Department as assigned.

Requirements

if you are...

• Undergraduates in the final or penultimate year, preferably with a major in Human Resources Management, or other Business-related disciplines
• Detail-minded, proactive, with good communication skills
• Having a strong interest in people-related matters
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
• Able to work at least 3 full working days per week (Part-Time) or at least 3 months (Full-Time)
