Gopuff is seeking a part-time, temporary Category Specialist to support two fast-growing categories: Private Label and Fresh Grocery. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented individual looking to provide administrative support in the e-commerce space. The ideal candidate will be able to work 20 hours per week across a set schedule during regular business hours Monday - Friday as decided with team management.
Responsibilities
- Execute the new item setup process and item maintenance for Gopuff and BevMo including collection of information from suppliers, coordination of PDP photography, and data entry into spreadsheets/Gopuff systems
- Pull reports and update weekly performance reporting
- Complete ad-hoc analysis, reports, and special projects
- Complete Product Lists for various marketing campaigns
- Assist with sample tracking
- Assist with pre- and post-item launch monitoring and in app audits
- Support promotional planning and promotion set up
Requirements
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is required
- Very detail-oriented and organized
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills necessary to thrive in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
