Responsibilities:
- ● Supporting regional managers in building opportunities.
- ● Receiving and processing quote requests from regional managers.
- ● Communicate with regional managers hand-to-hand to modify or update quotes.
- ● Attend regional online meetings to support and provide details on best practices or
- recommendations to improve sales engagements.
- ● Engage live calls with regional managers to support sales projects, scope analysis, and build
- online (CRM) opportunities that fit the details requested.
Requirements:
- ● High School Diploma or Equivalent
- ● Flexible schedule.
- ● 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing, or support role for a technology company.
- ● Experience with general project management software
- ● Experience using live chat and CRM platforms.
- ● Exceptional interpersonal skills: you have the unique ability to talk technical details with
- internal team members such as C+ Level executives and external customers.
- ● Ability to work independently at a rapid, ever-changing pace
- ● Critical thinking, proven ability to solve complex problems and recommend solutions.
- ● Customer-first mentality; ability to empathize and build customer relationships
