As a Paralegal on our procurement team, you’ll facilitate technology contracts from draft to execution.
What Winning Looks Like:
- Contract management from initiation to award, compliance and renewal
- Communicate with business unit leaders in a timely manner
- Carefully read through all vendor contracts
- Oversee privacy policies and terms of service policies
- Redline contracts and propose alternate clauses
- Build partnerships with vendors and business units in the company
Skills Needed to Win:
- Paralegal and experience with contract law is preferred
- Experience negotiating agreements
- Experience using contract lifecycle management software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
$55,000 - $80,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits
*Range depends on level of skills and overall experience
