Position Overview:
Diligent is seeking a talented, collaborative, and experienced Paralegal to assist the EMEA legal team, with a focus on German, Austrian, and Swiss markets, and provide support with contract administration and employment matters. The role will involve reviewing legal documents and sorting documents in accordance with filing system along with drafting legal documents and amending documents, as necessary.
It is an incredibly exciting time to join a dynamic and agile organization in a fast-paced, growth phase. This is the perfect role for a detail oriented and proactive Paralegal who wants to grow their Legal career within a fast-moving commercial organization.
