Paid Social Specialist

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Paid Social Specialist to join our Group Acquisition Marketing department at Better Collective. As a Paid Social Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing paid social media campaigns across various platforms. Your creativity and analytical skills will help drive engagement and reach our target audience effectively.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Work with the Team for Paid Social Media and wider teams to explore advertising opportunities in new markets / new platforms;

• Manage and assist with reporting for all markets and platforms including monitoring and assessing CPC, CPR, CPA and revenues in order to attribute to successful campaigns;

• Work and assist with any new team members regarding training on various social media platforms and reporting

• Manage assigned campaigns and accounts ensuring optimisation and return of profitable revenue on each campaign the specialist is assigned

• Manage whitelisting of all ad accounts across platforms, as well as the compliance on sites in different regions working with the compliance team.

• Plan and launch campaigns in existing and new markets around big events (ie: Euros, World Cup etc).

• Assist with the wider Team for Paid Media to ensure ongoing success and share learnings;

• Assist the CRM team in management of lead generation on assigned portfolios

• Find new and engaging ways to advertise across the various social media platforms to ensure advertising success;

• Assist with decision making with the Team for Paid Social Media to ensure profitable revenue across all campaigns and platforms;

• Oversee all paid social media advertising accounts – Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Reddit and Twitter;
