Paid Social Media Associate - New Grad Program

Smartly is looking for a Paid Social Media Associate to join our growing Managed Service team! In this role you will become an expert in social media advertising and client communications. You will work with some of the largest social media advertisers in the US on a team of exceptionally passionate marketing professionals.

The New Grad program is a full-time fixed term role from January 6th to June 27th, 2025.  The expectation is that you will be in the NYC office 3 days per week.

As a Paid Social Media Associate you will…

• Help our Managed Services team complete and carry out paid social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat) for our customers
• Help lead weekly syncs and work with team members to implement customer requests
• Perform daily optimizations and complete testing roadmaps
• Learn the ins and outs of the Smartly's leading creative and automation tools to help social media advertisers
• Be a direct line to our product and engineering teams to help them better develop both existing and new parts of the tool

We are looking for you if you...

• Have some paid social experience
• Are a recent new grad looking to get into the paid media industry and learn from the ground up
• Are a driven, focused, and  a data obsessed individual that has a strong desire to learn and make an impact early on in their tenure at Smartly
• Have a strong interest in social media advertising, and shaping the way our company leads the charge to new platforms
• Have a data focused mentality with the ability distill down difficult concepts into bite-sized bits
• Have strong communication and teamwork skills
• Are a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment 
• Are someone who is a self-starter and takes a proactive approach to tasks and challenges 
• Have a Bachelor's Degree and strong desire to learn and grow

The pay rate of this position will be $22-25 USD per hour and will be eligible for company holidays and PTO accrual.
