We’re looking for a Paid Social Manager to join our dynamic, close-knit team and play a key role in optimizing and growing our paid social channels.
Reporting to our Senior Manager of Growth Marketing (Paid Social + Offline), you’ll oversee and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms, driving revenue growth and strengthening brand engagement. You’ll collaborate closely with our Growth, Creative, and Influencer teams, as well as external partners, to execute and scale best-in-class paid social strategies.
You’ll also manage one direct report, guiding their development and ensuring the long-term success of our paid social initiatives. At Brooklinen, we are committed to offering a competitive total compensation package, informed by market data that reflects our company’s size, stage, industry, and location. The base salary range for this role is $87,000–$100,880.
