Paid Media Specialist

Location: Colombia (hybrid)

Telesign is growing, and we are seeking a Paid Media Specialist to join the team. This role reports to our Sr Manager of Paid Media and is a critical function on the Growth team.  In this role, Telesign is not looking to simply buy keywords and run display ads. We are seeking someone that thinks strategically and has different strategies for prospects in different stages of the buying journey.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Build a media plan that drives pipeline dollars with our target accounts 
  • Be fluent in display, paid search, LinkedIn, content syndication, and building audiences based on ideal customer profiles and buying journey stages. 
  • Use the Martech stack to segment and personalize your ads and site experience to bring context, guidance, and expertise to the buyer 
  • Leverage marketing automation to move prospects through the buying journey 
  • Continuous improvement with A/B/C testing matrix 
  • Be strategic with the marketing operations team using data to find new ways to convert our ICP into pipeline dollars 
  • Facilitate fast feedback for the content and product marketing teams as to which messaging is working with which ICPs. 

How Success Is Measured:  

  • Sales Accepted Opportunities Dollars (SAO) 
  • Cost Per SAO dollar 

Essential Requirements: 

  • 1-3 years on similar positions
  • Fluent spoken and written English (C1 level)  
  • A growth mindset that has you continually trying to improve  
  • Strategic in how you approach the role, meaning you run the basics like a center of excellence and are continually find new ways to generate pipe. 
  • Simple and complex attribution methods can be described when showing ROI 
  • Insights from data delivering actionable recommendations to promote business objectives. 
  • You are passionate about measurement and testing.  
  • Results-driven marketer with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
  • Experience building campaigns in Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta and other digital platforms
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as Marketo

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience within mobile identity, cloud communications/CPaaS, or enterprise fraud management.
  • SEO and conversion rate optimization experience  
  • Content marketing tactics and techniques 
  • Experience with OOH media placements  
  • Experience working with a global agency
