This an exciting opportunity to expand our paid media efforts with a focus on attracting the right leads and bringing leads down funnel to opportunity, and ultimately to revenue. You will support our Google and LinkedIn advertising, and be a key member of the paid team in providing recommendations and optimizations. Your keen understanding of paid media channels to your deep passion for always optimizing and measuring performance will lead you to great success.
As a Paid Media Specialist (B2B) at Smartly, you will…
- Execute and optimize all of our paid social media across paid search, programmatic, paid social, publisher buys with a primary focus on LinkedIn Ads.
- Identify and implement optimization opportunities to meet and exceed KPIs, including engagement metrics, lead generation, and lower-funnel conversions.
- Maintain and update cross-channel paid media performance reports, tracking individual campaign success across multiple platforms.
- Provide detailed weekly/monthly reports on key metrics such as CTR, CVR, CPL, and ROAS, including CRM goals such as MQLs and SALs.
- Develop and execute an A/B testing strategy across paid media channels to test various assets (e.g., ad creatives, messaging, landing pages) and improve overall campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign and paid media performance and provide recommendations to improve performance
- Understand various goals - ranging from awareness to consideration to conversions and lower funnel opportunity creation - and how to optimize towards those goals
- Collaborate with creative, content, and sales teams to manage campaign briefs, deliver high-performing advertising assets, provide recommendations for new asset testing, and ensure cohesive execution across channels
We are looking for you, if you...
- Have 3+ years of experience in Digital Paid Media roles
- Have previous experience in digital advertising for B2B, preferably within SaaS companies or digital advertising agencies
- Have proven experience managing paid media campaigns on LinkedIn and Google, with additional expertise in publisher buys and programmatic channels being a strong advantage.
- Have strong analytical skills with a passion for data-driven decision-making and ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign performance.
- Have experience in creating reports in Google Sheets or Excel to analyze, interpret, and manipulate complex data sets effectively (using pivots, vlookup, etc)
- Have a proactive attitude towards experimentation, with a desire to test new formats and tactics in a structured, controlled environment.
- Have excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Are an effective communicator and collaborator, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies for paid media buying is advantageous.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Bizible, Improvado) is a plus
