The Media Account Executive will support their media account team under the direction of their Account Manager/Director. They will fulfill duties as specified by their Account Manager(s), with guidance from the Account Director. These duties will include account administration and media planning and buying. They will be enthusiastic and demonstrate a strong work ethic. They will be monitored for the quality of their work and their ability to work to deadlines.

Media Responsibilities
1. Provide support to media teams activities to ensure that clients’ needs, and requirements are met
2. Build close working relationships with publishing suppliers within sales and production departments
3. Deliver accurate specifications and deadlines for all accounts
4. Deliver weekly reporting to client needs & ensure all deadlines are met
5. Produce supporting campaign documentation to client needs
6. Periodically tracking media and audience trends
7. Develop and execute detailed campaign plans, working with the wider account team and digital team to deliver account excellence
8. Effective media planning and buying across all tactics - performance media, digital media & offline
9. Proactively recommend creative and effective ways of engaging and converting the target audience
10. Build solid relationships with our client base, our publisher & partner network and internally
Campaign Responsibilities
· Perform regular quality assurance/quality control checks on assigned client campaigns to ensure they are running as contracted
· Traffic all advertising campaign components into ad serving technology. Troubleshoot trafficking issues as needed.
· Create final campaign delivery reports for Media; reconcile with insertion orders and interact with Finance regarding invoicing issues and solutions
· Capture screenshots of all creatives on the site once they have been uploaded and set live for verification of proper implementation
· Provide detailed reporting and analysis around campaign performance
· Tracking competition and category trends
· 1 to 2 years of media experience preferably working within the B2B space
· Interest in media essential with certifications and experience will be a plus
· Digital experience favoured
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good command over written and spoken English is a must
· Excellent computer literacy skills required with frequent use of Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. Should be able to put together media plans and pull campaign reports together
· Must be focused on customer service. Should possess good understanding of prioritising work
· Detail orientated with strong problem-solving skills
· Professional maturity, integrity, discipline and a positive attitude
· Knowledge of and experience in DCM – tagging, trafficking and reporting is preferred
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or similar degree (ideal, but not required)
· Advanced proficiency in Excel and PPT
· Strong written and presentation skills with the ability and confidence to deliver in front of senior stakeholders
