Costa Navarino is in Messinia in the southwest Peloponnese, in one of the most unspoiled and breathtaking landscapes in the Mediterranean. It is currently home to four 5-star deluxe hotels, The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort and The Westin Resort at Navarino Dunes, W-Costa Navarino at Navarino Waterfront and Mandarin Oriental at Navarino Bay.

In the coming years, more upscale branded hotels will be added to our portfolio, both in Messinia and Athens, including the re-launch of the former Athens Hilton.

Navarino Dunes Costa Navarino facilities include 766-bedroom units award winning Anazoe Spa, a 4,000m2 spa & thalassotherapy center, four multi-awarded, signature golf courses, over 20 fine dining venues, 5,000 m2 House of Events and a wide range of sports, such as the “Mouratoglou Tennis Center”, Bayern Munich football academy, Navarino Outdoor and many more.

We are seeking for a Padel Reception Agent who will be Support the Operations team in ensuring that Tennis Center is showcased as a worldwide center for excellence, innovation, and talent, offering the very best customer services.

This customer facing role will have contact by phone, email and in person with coaches, members, and guests of all levels daily and will be delivering excellence in customer service. Assisting and advising guests who may be choosing from a variety of racquet sport programs. Making reservations for guests based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances. Checking the availability on desired activity itineraries and proceed with reservation and payments. Operate a retail shop with padel gear/clothing/accessories/shoes.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • To meet and greet visitors in a professional and timely manner.
  • To provide outstanding and professional customer service to tennis guests, responding quickly with true personal responsibility.
  • To provide accurate information and advice about facilities, services, and programs.
  • To manage reservations of guests in accordance with department’s procedures, to include all financial transactions related to racquet sport programs, court fees, the padel shop and F&B.
  • To carry out all duties in accordance with the Padel Courts Facilities Opening and Closing procedures.
  • To ensure colleagues are kept up to date with bookings, as per department SOP’s.
  • To inform and advise colleagues promptly of their arriving visitors and guests.
  • Promotion and marketing of all coaches and services.
  • Deliver a quality and fun coaching program to both adults and children of all abilities.
  • Ensure health and safety to the highest standard both on and off the courts.
  • Present a professional appearance and attitude and maintain an excellent standard of customer service.
  • Promote the padel program and padel events actively aim to increase participation (marketing actions)
  • Help organize and host social events and generally interact with guests at all times.
  • Work as part of a team to set up, pack up, and proactively provide assistance to all guests.
  • Be flexible in your job role and willing to assist in all other duties, within reason, as requested by the Racquet Sports Manager.
  • Teach and convey values of sport.

Requirements

  • Professional IT, Microsoft office and Internet skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with guests of all ages, management, and other staff.
  • Ability to work well within a team and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Working to deadlines and juggling different priorities.
  • English and Greek language skills – fluent level compulsory
  • Educated to degree level, will be considered a plus: track record and sporting results
  • International Certification as a padel coach.
  • Strong playing skills and at least 3 years’ experience needed.
  • Open to become expert of Mouratoglou Academy coaching methodology & philosophy.
  • Desire to work hard and strive to become a better padel coach and professional.
  • Ability to maintain good relations with guests, members, and fellow coaches.
  • Excellent teaching and communication skills.
  • High level of energy and ability to motivate players.
  • Strong organizational skills and time-management skills.
  • Speak English fluently (any other language will be considered a plus)
