Packaging Team Leader

Requirements

What you will do:

  • Cooperate with the planning department to ensure the delivery of approved bulk product by QC from production and all necessary packaging materials from warehouse
  • Cooperate with the person responsible for all necessary in process controls
  • Control authenticity tapes and keeps special records in regard to their transportation
  • Apply Good Manufacturing Principles in all areas of responsibility
  • Forward all waste / unused packaging materials to warehouse and records destroyed materials
  • Conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner
  • Forward finished product to warehouse filling in the necessary delivery notes
  • Ensure good documentation practices during the completion of packaging batch records
  • In-room task assignments for all packaging employees to specific duties, based on their capabilities to ensure jobs are staffed with qualified people

The ideal candidate should have:

  • High School Diploma / Bachelor’s degree will be considered an asset
  • Knowledge of English language
  • Familiarity with computer applications

Job-Specific Skills:

  • 3-5 years supervisory experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Spirit of teamwork and cooperation
  • Time management
