- Define and articulate the value that the company's solutions and the OutSystems platform can provide to potential clients;
- Provide demonstrations of the OutSystems platform to potential clients to showcase the platform's capabilities , benefits and strategical value of the platform;
- Design, conceptualise, provide estimations and planning for solutions that meet the specific needs of clients during the pre-sales phase;
- Collaborate with OutSystems, the technology partner, to discuss technical aspects and ensure alignment between the two organisations;
- As Solution Architect, design solid technical architectures. Consider scalability, performance, and security requirements. Guide and lead the technical team in development, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards; Plan and implement the efficient integration of systems and services.
- Identify and resolve performance problems, optimising the code and configuration of the OutSystems platform;
- Address complex technical challenges: Propose innovative and effective solutions;
- Ensure the consistent application of best practices. Challenge feature requirements if you think there is no value added by them;
- Research new technologies to improve effectiveness;
- Keep up to date with the evolution of the OutSystems platform;
- Participate and contribute to other company-wide initiatives.
- At least 6 years of experience in the OutSystems platform;
- Proven experience in Solution Architect and Pre-Sales Engineer roles;
- Deep knowledge of OutSystems best practices and architectural standards;
- Expertise in crafting solutions within challenging environments;
- OutSystems certifications are a plus namely in architecture;
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or similar;
- High sense of responsibility and rigour in the execution of tasks;
- Experience in Agile environments;
- A focus on the result (and not on the task);
- Ability to work both collaboratively but also on your own;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English;
- The capacity to listen & influence people and foster change in a collaborative way;
