The Outside Sales/Apparel person will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with potential customers to understand their needs and ensuring a smooth sales process.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for inside and outside sales of apparel and promotional items.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Lead generation, follow up and closing new business.
- Process leads and sales through the sales process by utilizing the CRM database.
- Work closely with the design and production team to develop solutions for customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Other duties assigned by the manager.
WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES:
- Sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Climbing in and out of vehicles.
- Occasional stooping and bending.
- Ability to push/lift/pull up to 45lbs
- Normal range of hearing and vision
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License with good standing MVR
- Experience selling apparel and promotional items is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with focus on customer service
- Experience using a CRM database
- Ability to successfully pass a General Abilities Assessment and post-offer background check, physical and drug screening.
