As a Outreach Specialist, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients through outbound calls. Your goal will be to introduce our services, build rapport, and schedule appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our services and identify their needs.
- Build relationships with potential clients by effectively communicating Teem's value proposition.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and keep them informed about our offerings.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence.
- Experience in outbound sales or lead generation is preferred.
- Call center experience is required.
- Sales experience is required.
- Ability to handle high call volume.
- Ability to engage potential clients and handle objections professionally.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and an aptitude for technology.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Availability to work flexible hours based on business needs.
