The Role: Outreach Manager We’re seeking a dynamic and driven Outreach Manager(s) to join our growing team. This role is crucial in identifying, reaching out to, and onboarding new gaming creators, helping them make their first successful sale on our platform. You’ll be at the forefront of talent acquisition, using your expertise to build strong relationships and guide creators through the process of monetizing their skills with Metafy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Outreach: Identify potential gaming creators, develop a deep understanding of their goals, and effectively communicate how Metafy can help them succeed.
  • Onboarding and Training: Guide creators through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand and can leverage key platform features for their success.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential creators, utilizing your skills in headhunting, list building, and relationship cultivation.
  • Goal Achievement: Consistently meet targets by successfully launching new creators and ensuring they monetize effectively on the platform.
  • Innovation and Collaboration: Experiment with new outreach tactics, refine best practices, and work closely with internal teams to advocate for creators’ needs.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in acquiring new accounts at scale, particularly in the gaming industry.
  • A natural headhunter with exceptional prospecting skills and a knack for finding and engaging gaming creators.
  • A hustler mentality—you’re willing to go the extra mile to meet your goals.
  • Strong understanding of the gaming space, particularly from the content creator perspective.
  • Experience with consumer technologies, online courses, digital marketing, or e-commerce strategies is a plus.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in outbound sales, with a focus on creative networking and relationship development.
  • 2-3 years of account management experience, managing a large book of business.
  • Deep roots in the gaming community, either as a creator yourself or with strong ties to the scene.
