Outbound Sales Representative

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Generate new leads using cold calling, email marketing, social media, and other
  • relevant marketing channels to meet monthly targets
  • Conduct direct email marketing and LinkedIn outreach to key prospects
  • Research, track, maintain, and update leads
  • Maintain and update generated leads on CRM and Google Sheets
  • Conduct customer research and lead nurturing
  • Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services to facilitate the sales process

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration
  • 1-2 years of experience with a proven track record of lead generation and building strong client relationships.
  • Top-notch English verbal and written communication skills
  • LinkedIn Marketing Experience
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems | Strong time management skills
  • Proficiency in using lead generation tools and software
  • Experience working with Western companies (preferred)
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for lead generation
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines
