Why does this role exist?

We are looking for Sales Development Representatives on a freelance-hourly paid basis to make outbound cold calls from the leads provided, and maintain a clear flow and goal in scheduling meetings for the Business Development Managers of Magic.


The impact that you'll make...

  • Perform a minimum of 150 calls per day and contact accounts 3-5 a week.
  • Email and call leads or prospects provided or currently in the system to get a call booked with a Business Development Manager.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
  • Supplement the sales department with admin work as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an Outbound Sales Representative for at least 2 years
  • Some level of spreadsheet knowledge is needed.
  • Professional email and phone communication while being fluent in English is a must.
  • Must be comfortable to work on an hourly basis.
  • Experience with Hubspot big plus but not required.
