A great opportunity for an Outbound Sales Agent to join an exciting, growing group of passionate Internet professionals based all around the world.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls, messages, and chat simultaneously to potential customers through various outbound sales techniques
• Manage and develop your own diary, schedule call-backs, and future opportunities to nurture clients
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets on a consistent basis.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outbound sales or similar role
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Computer skills (Google Workspace)
• Persistence and results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Good interpersonal skills;- Empathy and patience;
• Responsible, punctual and flexible;
• Knowledge of online games/entertainment will be a plus
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (spoken and written)
• Willing to work on-site
