We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Outbound Lead to join our Concierge team. This individual will be responsible for driving team performance, managing operational tools, and partnering with technical teams to ensure optimal performance. The role involves a combination of leadership, coaching, and hands-on support to motivate and guide the outbound call center team toward success.

What you'll be doing:

  • Outbound Calling (50% of time): Place calls to members eligible for Sword’s benefit; : communicate effectively and enthusiastically to encourage and motivate potential members to enroll in Sword’s digital physical therapy services.
  • Team Support & Motivation: Inspire and motivate the outbound team to reach higher levels of achievement through coaching, feedback, and recognition.
  • Team Management: Assist in the daily operations of the outbound team, ensuring administrative tasks are completed effectively.
  • Tool & Technology Management: Ensure all systems and tools used by the team are functioning properly, collaborating with Predict’s technical team to troubleshoot issues.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track team performance, analyze outcomes, and work on strategies to boost both team and individual achievements.
  • Technical Partnership & Innovation: Partner with technical teams to explore and implement new technologies, including experimenting with AI-driven solutions to enhance team productivity.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Reinforce the team’s knowledge base and help build a culture of continuous improvement.

What you need to have:

  • Experience in outbound sales or call center environments, with a focus on  supervisory roles.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to coach, motivate, and manage a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and outbound calling tools.
  • Experience with helpdesk or similar operations including escalation flows and the tools to manage them.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving start-up environment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and drive cross-functional projects.
