The role

We are seeking an experienced Outbound Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience working with creators and influencers, preferably within an influencer agency. In this role, you will be responsible for finding, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities with content creators who wish to launch their merchandise lines, with a focus on US-based customers. As the first point of contact with potential clients, you have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads & starting new relationships, playing a crucial role in our sales process, and contributing directly to the growth of the company. You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills, and have the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Every potential customer is an opportunity for you to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability thereby directly contributing to the growth of Printify. Developing in this role will give you the opportunity to grow and move up within a rapidly growing tech startup.

Your responsibilities:

  • Prospect and Outreach: Systematically seek, prospect, and approach new high-potential B2B customers in the content creator industry.
  • Sales Process Management: Utilize Pipedrive (CRM tool), cold calling, and email outreach to generate sales opportunities, manage the sales process, close deals, and reach/exceed monthly targets.
  • Reporting: Report to the Sales Manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather, analyze, and effectively communicate customer feedback to improve our services and drive product development initiatives.
  • Sales Strategy: Research and implement best practices to refine our lead generation playbook and develop innovative sales strategies tailored to the evolving needs of content creators.
  • Project Participation: Join new initiatives and projects to contribute to the team’s performance.
  • Professional Development: Invest in your professional and personal growth to advance within the company.

Requirements:

  • 5+ year experience in Sales as Account Executive, or other relevant sales role within an influencer agency.
  • Experience working with content creators
  • Contacts within the creator economy, with a focus on US-based creators
  • A track record of reaching and exceeding MoM sales targets.
  • Excellent English and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Highly organized, proactive, customer-centric, and problem-solving Team player able to perform well under pressure.
  • Optional (but preferred): previous experience with Pipedrive CRM.
  • Optional (but preferred): Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or similar.

We value transparency and strive to offer competitive compensation packages based on fair and equitable principles. The base salary for this role ranges from 70000 to 90000 USD gross per annum, based on your qualifications, experience, and skills. Additionally, we have a bonus system in place.
