£16,000 Part Time (25 hours) able to work towards £18,000 through key milestones/experience)

Our operating hours are Monday-Friday between 17:00 – 01:00 Saturdays and Sundays and all Bank Holidays
Shifts Available (25 hours)
Shift Pattern 1:
Tuesday 5pm to10pm Wednesday 4pm to 12am Thursday 5pm to 10pm Saturday 5pm to 1am
Shift Pattern 2:
Monday 5pm to 10pm Friday 5pm to 10pm Saturday 9am to 5pm Sunday 9am to 5pm
Shift pattern 3:
Tuesday 5pm to10pm Wednesday 4pm to 12am Thursday 5pm to 10pm Saturday 5pm to 1am

We are looking to hire enthusiastic, flexible, and driven OOH Customer Service Advisors to provide a professional and efficient telephony service for our Kent customers.
Our Contact centre is based in the heart of Rochdale with local car parking available. You will be required to be within a reasonable commuting distance from our office.
Working at Agilisys in collaboration with our clients, you will be the first point of contact for our Out Of Hours emergency services. Based in a fast-paced contact centre environment working alongside a friendly and professional team, we will invest in your development to ensure you can deliver the best service for our customers.
