About The Opportunity

The Organization & Talent Development Expert / Director will plan, develop, implement as well as administer development and training programs for employees of the organization. The incumbent will also act as a liaison and advisor to the organization's leadership and facilitate initiatives across the organization.
 

What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Design and optimize the organizational structure and other OD programs to improve organizational efficiency, according to the organization's strategic direction and business planning.
  • Derive business, organizational and talent insights key to a globalized company (especially in the blockchain industry), help the business iron out obstacles and build positive synergies through OD tools including organization diagnostics, structure/process design, workforce planning, competency modeling, etc.
  • Build online diagnostic and process management tools to extract organizational and employee productivity trends, derive insights and opportunities to catalyze needed organizational changes, providing full change management solutions from designing, delivering, tracking to evaluating and iterating afterwards.
  • Collaborate with Talent Management team to develop sustainable talent philosophy and full-cycle talent management framework.
  • Enhance company-wide performance management & OKR management.
  • Collaborate and advise key stakeholders globally based on strategic and organizational needs. Customize intervention tools and programs to help key stakeholders improve their managerial and business efficiencies.

What We Look For In You

  • Bachelor's degree or above with expertise in human resources management, corporate management and psychology knowledge.
  • Strong consulting background in top global consulting firms, with prior experience diagnosing problems, designing and delivering pragmatic solutions to world-class companies and implementing them.
  • Familiar with Organization Development market practices.
  • Experience in Organization Development & Talent Development in the context of complex matrix structures.
  • Ability to think systematically, analyze logically, manage projects and integrate diverse resources.
  • Hands-on experience and willing to work on details.
  • Strong domain expertise but open to new ideas and feedback. We are looking for a strong expert but also a collaborator who listens to voices of different opinions. What works best for the company is the ultimate optimal solution.
  • Strong communication skills. Able to drive business conversation and push things through.
  • Good team player. Ability to build partnerships within HR team and across business units.
  • Self-motivated and flexible. Can work under pressure and able to adjust to the rapidly changing environments.
  • Resilient. Positive and can-do attitude. Commitment to the company’s values with ability to demonstrate those positively and proactively across the organization.
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin will be required as the incumbent will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders based out of Chinese-speaking countries.
