The Organizational Development Manager, specializing in Talent Management and Leadership Development, is a critical role focused on driving growth and effectiveness across the APAC organization. This role involves Localizing Global talent management and leadership development processes, reviewing and enhancing organization design, and establishing policies and processes to support rapid business growth. Additionally, it entails developing comprehensive learning and development programs, including a robust onboarding process for all employees.


1. Talent Management and Leadership Development:
•Develop and execute talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent across the APAC organization.
•Work with Global team to implement leadership development programs, including identifying high-potential individuals and creating career development plans.
•Align talent management and leadership development processes with Global best practices and standards.

2. Organization Design Review:
•Partner with the HRBPs to evaluate the current organizational structure and design for efficiency, effectiveness, and growth.
•Propose and implement design changes that support the organization's expansion in the APAC region.
•Develop and implement policies and processes to facilitate growth, such as "flow to work" policies that enhance flexibility and collaboration.
•Ensure that policies and procedures comply with local regulations and global standards.

3. Learning and Development Programs:
•Establish a thorough onboarding process that provides new employees with the knowledge and resources they need to excel in their roles.
•Continuously improve the onboarding experience based on feedback and performance metrics.
•Create a comprehensive learning and development program that addresses the needs of employees at all levels.
•Design and implement training initiatives to build skills, knowledge, and competencies.

4. Collaboration and Communication:
•Collaborate with HR, leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and understanding of talent management and development initiatives.
•Maintain open communication channels for feedback and improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, or a related field 
  • Substantial experience in talent management, leadership development, and organizational development.
  • Strong knowledge of global HR and talent management best practices and trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement organization-wide processes and policies.
  • Proficiency in creating and delivering learning and development programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of regional (APAC) HR and legal requirements.
