To enable our mission, we need to ensure our culture and organisational infrastructure supports performance and engagement. This ranges from diagnosing and designing people development interventions, to supporting M&A activity, to and/or leading on broader organisational development topics.
We are seeking an Org Design & Development Lead to join our team on a 12 month fixed-term basis. In this role you will partner closely with other P&C teams enabling joined up approaches to some of the key people challenges and opportunities ahead.
