We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Order to Cash Commercial Finance Specialist Global. You will be part of the dynamic Order to Cash team, involved in global initiatives.

As part of Global initiatives within Order to Cash workstream you will Support Commercial initiatives through global implementation. Be a part of IFS acquisitions. Support set up of new products. Interact with global revenue recognition, FP&A, and field finance teams. Support modelling of new revenue initiatives and budgeting. Lead internal Service updates. Perform training to OTC team etc.
In your role, you will understand the whole process from when a customer signs a contract throughout the whole customer life cycle within our bespoke ERP-System. The role includes having good understanding of OTC full end to end process as well as system expertise within Order To Cash used Global.
Key Responsibilities
- Support in M&A set up and training.
- Support in new products and services through global implementation.
- Support in commercial initiatives through global implementation.
- Lead service updates and support new product setups for MCM system.
- Ad-hoc projects.
- Interaction with global revenue recognition, FP&A, and field finance teams as well as key stakeholders outside of finance
- Support modelling of new revenue initiatives and budgeting
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the Order to Cash cycle.
You have profound knowledge in order processing and strong accounting knowledge (in particular Accounts Receivables and revenue recognition).
You are a good communicator, open minded and you like to be exposed. As a person you are self driven and used to take own initiatives to make things happen. You want to be “point of contact” for people in the organisation.
- You are experienced in working with ERP-Systems regarding OTC-Processes, preferably IFS Applications (not essential but desirable)
- You have completed a commercial education with professional experience in a comparable position, preferably in a company in the IT/software industry.
- You are a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- You are a good communicator who wants to train other people.
- You are organized and systematic with a focus on accomplishing results.
- You have good analytical and business support skills, a creative solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to take your own initiatives.
- You have ability to analyse large volumes of data and interpret it globally.
- You have ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- You have Strong analytical skills to identify issues and suggest and develop effective solutions.
- You have flexibility to adapt to changing business environments and priorities.
- You have high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- English is required; other languages are desirable.
- You have good knowledge of MS Office
