Independently manage sales operations and order execution process for assigned opportunities.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Accept and book all customer orders, to include verifying bookable documents are complete and accurate prior to booking.
  • o   Create required parts
    o   Enter order in Signal software to be visible in customer platform Hatch
    o   Create receiving PO
  • Monitor direct ship orders and close when applicable
  • May require working with internal account teams to obtain required tracking and serial data
  • Add Support Contract data for assets which require it
  • Monitor incoming ETA dates and update purchase orders/sales orders accordingly
  • Identify order process improvement opportunities, report them to Operations Manager
  • Perform other related dues as assigned and required by Operations Manager
  • Monitor email for new incoming requests

Skills Required

  • Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of two years’ experience working in a high volume, fast-paced environment required.
  • Ability to become a trusted partner to Engineered Solutions Team, resulting in increased turnaround time and order quality
  • Ability to understand/analyze client needs to ensure orders are viewable in Hatch accurately
  • Ability to be a self-starter who can work independently but also understands the value of being an effective team player and collaborative partner.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to manage several projects at once
  • Ability to adapt and react to quick changes
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure
