The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual who will contribute to the continual success of our global revenue team for subscriptions. The individual will be integral to ensuring that our subscription orders and invoices are created accurately and timely in accordance with customer needs. This individual will review subscription orders and will work closely with Veeva's other Finance teams to maintain order data quality, align to expectations, and execute process improvements.

What You'll Do

  • Validating data input from a business and financial perspective
  • Approving quotations
  • Booking and managing subscription orders in line with revenue policy
  • Billing subscriptions
  • Reconciliating data to ensure completeness of processing
  • Supporting and interacting with internal clients
  • Investigating unusual items related to billing and revenue

Requirements

  • 2+ years of work experience in accounting/finance/order management or similar field at multinational companies
  • Basic Excel user knowledge
  • Strong communication skills in native language and in English that demonstrate an ability to partner with teams cross-functionally within Veeva and provide timely, accurate customer service
  • Able to problem-solve and navigate complex situations
  • Self-motivated and self-managed, with an ownership mentality
  • Team player, able to work both collaboratively and independently
  • Proactive and looking to improve processes, help find better solutions
  • Able to thrive in a fast-growing environment where change is the norm; strong multi-tasking skills and flexibility to switch from one project to the next quickly

Nice to Have

  • 2+ years of order processing, contracting, or finance operations experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or similar
  • Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, and/or Zuora RevPro
  • Familiar with revenue accounting
  • Software industry experience, especially SaaS
  • Public accounting experience
