Main Responsibilities:
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
1、Leading order Management 主导订单管理
*Effectively manage and support customer service team to receive customer order and management invoice from TOMRA internal customer, and in time /efficiently /professionally communicate with customer of orders / delivery issues.
有效的管理和协助客服团队负责接收TOMRA 集团内部客户的订单以及管理发票事宜，及时高效专业的与客户沟通并满足订单，发货等相关事宜
* Manage and support Purchasing team to issue Purchase Order to supplier, follow up the PO and invoice status, review PO list regularly to meet production assembly and customers demand .
管理和协助采购团队向供应商发放订单，跟踪订单的完成情况以及发票事宜，并定期进行订单状态评审以满足生产组装需求和最终客户需求。
* Monitoring and management shipping value and demand trend, actively to support team and implement important / urgent task base on orders and demand.
监控和管理发货/销售额以及客户需求趋势，根据订单和需求积极主动支持团队工作以及主导重要紧急任务的有效执行
*Cooperate with Sourcing and Quality department to evaluate supplier’s performance, risk and classification, supportting to optimize supplier management and development system .
与SOURCING和质量部门一起审核或者评审战略以及关键供应商，监督供应商绩效如准时交付，主导并支持采购团队做好供应商日常管理以及绩效提升，优化供应管理。
2、Coordinate Logistic and tariff risk协调物流发货+关务风险管理
*Support Logistic team to meet orders delivery either from supplier or to customer
支持物流团队满足供应商订单和客户订单物流发货需求
*Ensure that logistic team to provide logistic service and reasonable market cost from supplier and optimize logistic supplier management .
确保物流团队提供良好的物流服务，以及合理的市场价格，提升物流供应商的管理。
*Support logistic team’s to enhance and optimize logistic and tariff risk management, and take action accordingly
支持物流团队加强和优化物流风险和关务风险管理，并主动采取有效措施应对
3、Planning ＆ Inventory Control计划与库存管理
*Support planning to deep diving into market and customer demand for better material planning / forecast / safety stock rule and execution
协助并优化采购计划、订单预测和安全库存管理和执行
*Bachelor Degree
本科
*8+ excellent oversea customer service / international orders and logistic knowledge and experiences, foreign company experiences is preferred；
八年以上海外客户服务，订单及物流管理工作经验，外企背景优先；
* Proactive working sense and attitute ; professionality and positive interpersonal working relationship; strong service and team work spirit; good at communication and collaboration
积极主动的工作意识和态度，职业性和积极良性的工作关系，良好的服务和团队精神，出色的沟通协调能力
*Outstanding English Written and Spoken skill .
良好的英语 读写 和 听说能力
*Demanding and supply Planning is preferred
有需求和供应方面计划经验的优先
1. Position available for start-up as soon as possible.

2. Probation period: 6 months.
