Oracle Recruit Cloud Consultant

We require an Oracle Recruit Cloud Consultant to join our expanding Oracle Cloud Consulting Practice. The consultant must have experience of at least two HCM Cloud projects as a functional expert. As part of this role you will:   

  • Support the design, build and configuration of Oracle Recruit Cloud and Enterprise Onboarding Journeys to meet business process and application requirements
  • Conduct/support workshops to advise clients on the best practices for adoption of the solution
  • Demonstrate the solution in design playback sessions
  • Create workbooks and documentation to support the system design (including process maps and configuration workbooks)
  • Support/deliver knowledge transfer sessions to Clients
  • Work with and support peers on Cloud Practice development initiatives
  • Should have completed at least two full implementation projects of Oracle Recruit Cloud and Enterprise Onboarding Journeys
  • 3-5 Years of experience & should have onboarding experience
  • Experience in supporting or running workshops (including process walkthroughs, design sessions, knowledge transfer and test-related sessions)
  • Have a positive, dynamic, and flexible attitude, with the ability to work individually and part of as part of a team
  • Ability to work effectively with end-users remotely
  • Has excellent spoken and written English language communication skills
  • Ability to document solutions clearly and share knowledge freely within our Cloud Community
  • Display persistence to complete tasks and the rigor to ensure solutions are configured to specification and thoroughly tested.
     

    Additional Desirable Skills:

  • E-Business Suite HRMS knowledge
  • Wider experience of HR processes from a business context
  • Experience with other Oracle Cloud modules including Global HR, Talent Management and Learn Modules
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certifications would be an advantage
