Job Description

We require an Oracle Payroll Cloud consultant to join our expanding team. The consultant must have held a key role in at least two Fusion Payroll projects as functional expert. They will likely have experience of further implementations for other Oracle HCM products (e.g. EBS, PeopleSoft) as a configuration expert.

We are looking for an experienced Consultant who can come up with solution designs, offer expertise to our client and provide guidance to the client on best practices for the successful delivery of the chosen solution. You must be able to conduct workshops and create workbooks and documentation to support the system design.

  • In depth knowledge of Payroll
  • Strong configuration skills in Fast-Formula, element design, payroll process flows and calculation cards
  • Documents solutions clearly and shares knowledge freely within our Community
  • Assists in sales bid responses and pre-sales preparation and demos, providing product credibility and expertise
  • Excellent English language communication skills are a must
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent customer/relationship management skills

Desirable

  • Knowledge of any other HCM Cloud modules including Time and Labour and Compensation
  • Wider experience of HR and Payroll processes from a business context
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certifications would be an advantage
