- Expertise in gathering and analysing business requirements.
- Experience in implementing two and more E2E Projects in ARCS Covering Requirement Gathering, Creating Solutions, Designing, Configuring ARCS, Building Integrating in ARCS, Testing, and implementing solutions.
- Configuring ARCS i.e. Segments, Profiles-Account ID, Process, Risk Rating, Frequency, Account Type, Aging.
- Sound Knowledge of Account reconciliations.
- Sound Knowledge of Transaction Matching.
- Sound knowledge of Data Management and Integrations.
- Good Experience of SmartView in ARCS.
- Good experience in Creating Custom Reports in ARCS and have good knowledge of SQL.
Good to have:
- EPM Cloud REST API Knowledge.
- Development experience in OIC
- Experience in FCCS, EDMCS etc.
Required Technical Skills:
- Oracle EPM
- Financial Accounting
- ARCS Reconciliation Compliance
- Transactions Matching
- Data Management/FDMEE
- SQL
- A/CMA/CWA/Finance or a related field.
- Minimum of 8+ years' experience in EPM cloud systems and/or Oracle ERP/Cloud solutions as a functional analyst.
- Experience with Oracle ARCS technologies and solid understanding of financial reconciliation/close processes, accounting principles, and financial systems
- Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders across the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with dedication to meet deadlines, prioritize, and deliver high-quality, error-free work.
