Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Database Architect to join our Agile development team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of Oracle PL/SQL procedures, functions, and packages to support application functionality.
- Ensure database performance, integrity, and security in PL/SQL code.
- Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot applications in Unix/Linux environments.
- Develop shell scripts to automate repetitive tasks and streamline operational processes.
- Customize and extend Oracle EBS modules, specifically related to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Work on the customization and extension of Infor Product Lifecycle Management (Optiva) systems.
- Participate in the integration of PLM solutions into enterprise systems.
- Provide technical expertise in Oracle EBS architecture and PLM integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Maintain and support the development environment, ensuring stability and high performance.
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL development
- Strong proficiency in Unix/Linux environments and experience in shell scripting
- Expertise in Oracle EBS Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) customization and extension
- Proficiency in requirement gathering, process modeling, and technical documentation
- Experience with Infor Product Lifecycle Management (Optiva) workflows and workflow actions
- Familiarity with the Microsoft .Net framework is desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English, written and spoken and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
