The details

  • Shift: Monday - Thursday; 8:00 AM until 6:00 PM
  • Starting Base Pay: $17.00 per hour with bonus potential

What you’ll do

  • All optical manufacturing technicians are trained in the essential job functions in their primary department, including Surface, AR, and Finishing. These will include:
    • Calibrations and operations of all equipment.
    • Effectively identify and address work flow and quality issues.
    • Following standard operating procedures.
  • Technicians will also have the opportunity to be trained in the essential job functions in other departments to meet business and individual growth needs

  • Intermediate computer skills are needed, including: Windows OS, Excel, Word, and Rx Universe
  • Additional specialized skills in Trail Mix, Quoka, and other in-house software may be required in specific customer interface roles

It is anticipated this position will have a salary within the range listed below, depending on the candidate’s qualifications for the role. The successful candidate may also be eligible to enroll in several benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and others provided the work schedule meets the minimum Company requirements.
