Ops Trainer

Your influential mission. You will...

  • Develop a comprehensive training package that aims to maintain a motivated and skilled workforce
  • Conduct mentoring, coaching, and training for the new employees
  • Prepare and deliver refresher training to enable continuous improvement and address any performance gaps identified
  • Prepare and maintain a training program for the employees of the CS division
  • Make appraisals of the trained employees, give feedback, and make recommendations
  • Regularly get informed of updates regarding processes, products, and systems
  • Update all training materials in a timely manner
  • Report to the direct manager all issues during the training relating to the trainee’s behavior, punctuality, level of understanding, and participation

  • Have fluency in English
  • Can extract, synthesize, summarize, and present the fundamentals of large volumes of information
  • Are familiar with the following performance standards: customer orientation, quality, and excellence
  • Have a knowledge of the Customer Service business processes
  • Possess communication skills and time management skills
  • Possess integrity, trust, and commitment
