Ops Manager - Marketplace & Insights

Careem's Marketplace team is the backbone of the operations. They are the ones ensuring top-notch marketplace KPIs to give our customers the best possible experience by managing the supply. Owning all KPIs across the whole supply funnel, our Marketplace managers are responsible for utilizing existing captains in the most efficient way and to deliver world class supply management.

 What you'll do

  • Your key responsibilities will include Reliability of service, Formalizing Business KPIs reporting and ensuring data accuracy
  • Support with creating key business metrics and analyses that powers business decisions
  • Translate data into insights in clear, concise and actionable presentations/reports to guide business decision
  • Optimize & automate queries that feed into dashboards and reports to bring efficiencies into day-to-day analytics requests
  • You will be responsible for managing the performance updates with top leadership as well - presenting impact analysis pertinent to actions which brought about improvement
  • Post campaign analysis, A/B testing, prediction modeling
  • Coordinate with all operations teams to ensure our captain supply acquisition, retention, engagement and customer experience is all intermingling smoothly resulting in the best marketplace health
  • Hands-on involvement in operations and executional tasks such as campaigns, configurations etc. based on the insights gathered from data
  • Own the country setup and configurations to optimize customer experience, supply growth and performance

What you'll need

  • MS/BS/MBA/BBA qualified
  • 3-5 years of experience in data driven/business oriented roles
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self motivated, team player and manager
  • Strong Proficiency in SQL and Excel is a must
  • Visualization/Dashboard skills in any BI tool such as Tableau, Power BI etc.
  • Python skills are a plus
