We are looking for an Operations Training and Development Manager who thrives in fast-paced and adaptive environments, and has the passion to deep dive into all aspects of operations to build and refine the world's best autonomy training program.

This role is based in Lancaster, TX and will have some limited travel required.

What You'll Do:

  • Design, implement, and evaluate training programs aligned with organizational goals, prioritizing safety.
  • Assess training needs, develop materials, and coordinate sessions.
  • Oversee training and development staff
  • Identify future training needs and create a curriculum to facilitate that training
  • Partner with subject matter experts to develop department focused new and ongoing training.
  • Maintain training records and foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Proficiency in all operational roles, responsible for also conducting training.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience in training and development
  • Managerial experience required.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Strong emphasis on proactive problem-solving and innovation
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in LMS and training software.
  • Ability to plan, manage time and multitask effectively
