- Prepare and deliver refresher training to enable continuous improvement and address any performance gaps identified
- Prepare and maintain a training program for the employees of the CS division
- Make appraisals of the trained employees, give feedback, and make recommendations
- Regularly get informed of updates regarding processes, products, and systems
- Update all training materials in a timely manner
- Report to the direct manager all issues during the training relating to the trainee’s behavior, punctuality, level of understanding, and participation
