Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking an Operations Support Technician to support our Navy client located in Pensacola, FL. The position will support Navy Education Training Command (NETC) Data Center and Facilities Monitoring. Essential skills for this position include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, on-call availability, routine documentation, facility access/visitation, receiving, and DRMO of assets.
How Your Role Will Make an Impact:
- Monitor data center environment.
- Monitor operational status of production and development assets.
- Document visitation to the facilities.
- Maintain visitor logs and provide facilities access to approved personnel.
- Receive packages from the warehouse.
- Review SOPs, logs and video surveillance.
- Provide on-call support to personnel who need facilities access.
- Process equipment for DRMO/destruction.
What You Will Need to Join Our Award-Winning Team:
- Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- CompTIA Security+ CE or similar IAT Level II DoD 8570 certification required or qualifying Bachelor's degree.
- 6 years of experience with a HS Diploma OR 2 years of experience with a Bachelors Degree.
- 2 years of experience providing clerical work in an office setting with general experience in software, systems, and business processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
